The ideal candidate will supervise staff, provide coaching, and maintain written reports and logs. A high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience is required, along with strong communication skills and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate security services.

• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within guidelines.
