Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a University Campus. The role oversees security of a high‑profile client’s facility, property, and surrounding campus for an evening/overnight shift.

Responsibilities include directing officers, enforcing post orders, and ensuring contract compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing may apply.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred; military/police service counts.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable security experience; strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage emergencies and coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site security team during assigned shift.
• Provide direction to officers and ensure post orders are followed.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for the shift.
• Maintain contract compliance and inspect personnel performance.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in security surveys.
