Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a client site, coordinating with the site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers to ensure quality service and timely responses.

Requirements include 18 years of age, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong written and oral communication, ability to prepare logs and reports, and a valid driver’s license if driving is

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports/logs in neat handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery for the client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security staff.
• Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and incident documentation; respond to incidents as required.
