Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (GED), 2 years in security, strong customer service, and fluency in English. The position requires independent work, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license, with a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; specialized police or security training preferred.
• Two years of experience in related security position; hospitality or luxury setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests.
• Ability to use property's computer and systems to record, store and analyze information.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with clean driving record.
• Flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and perimeter to identify safety and security risks.
• Work overnight shift with minimal supervision.
• Respond to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies.
• Manage key inventory and distribution.
• Promote safe work practices and initiate investigations when needed.
• Write accurate reports and document incidents.
• Assist sick/injured guests and associates; respond to inquiries.
• Support guest reception, housekeeping, dining and engineering needs.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and politely.
• Assist at special events and private parties; drive safely when using company vehicles.
