Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Security Officer to patrol hotel property, protect guests and assets, and assist with safety, security and operations. The role requires strong customer service and clear communication, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and to report incidents accurately.

The position reports to management and may collaborate with front desk, engineering and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills to assist guests and team members with safety and security concerns.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English to communicate with guests and agencies.
• Must maintain a professional demeanor and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety of guests, team members and assets.
• Respond to incidents, complete incident reports, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Assist with front desk tasks, service deliveries, and overnight engineering activities as required.
• Close the pool area at night and monitor safety of pool facilities.
• Maintain shift logs and communicate concerns to management.
