Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need for a smooth shopping experience.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure a quick, friendly service.
• Document security incidents accurately in the case management system.
• Prevent theft and loss at the front of store in accordance with AP policies.
• Respond to security events with de-escalation and safe actions.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system.
• Support team members and maintain a safe, secure store environment.
