Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, vendors, and contractors, directing them to their destinations.
• Obtain names and information from guests entering the resort.
• Answer telephones courteously, relaying information to appropriate channels.
• Handle guest questions, complaints, and concerns directly or escalade to the appropriate department.
• Escort guests, deliver provisions to cabins, and monitor resort amenities for unregistered guests or issues requiring attention.
• Conduct routine checks of guest sites, noting deficiencies or maintenance issues.
• Assist with noise complaints, parking enforcement, and other security responsibilities.
• Monitor and report unusual occurrences, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Receive and track packages and mail for resort operations.
• Tag vehicles for removal by the owner at unrented transient sites.
• Communicate all issues and concerns to the Guest Services Manager and Resort Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
