The ideal candidate will supervise overnight staff, manage admissions and handoffs, and maintain high safety and quality standards in a per diem overnight setting with direct-hire employment.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for documentation and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.
• Triage and emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, medication administration, and safety compliance.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to uphold a supportive, accountable night work environment.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with CT DPH and CMS regulations.
