Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) for a Connecticut-based health care and senior living provider. The role oversees overnight clinical operations and free-floating leadership across nursing units.

The position requires a CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care, and prior night-shift leadership. Strong triage, regulatory knowledge, and EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM; ensure resident safety.
• Triage and respond to emergencies; make clinical evaluations for changes or incidents.
• Conduct regular nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, and safety.
• Coordinate late-night admissions/transfers and morning handoffs to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with accountability for night operations.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS requirements.
