Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and onboard team members, provide coaching and feedback for success.
• Identify talent and support staffing and leadership pipeline.
• Conduct candid discussions to uphold Meijer standards and growth.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, manage budgets and forecasting.
• Drive safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Guide Leads and Team Leaders to assign daily work and training needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
