Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage team members with onboarding, training, coaching.
• Identify talent and develop staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Discuss performance and growth opportunities with staff.
• Oversee area operations and P&L to drive sales and productivity.
• Ensure safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Guide Team Leaders and Leads in daily work and training.
• Identify process improvements and uphold Meijer culture.
