Meijer Inc. is seeking an Area Leader to drive team member engagement, coaching, and performance across the span of care.

You will direct Leads and Team Leaders while owning area operations and financials and implementing process improvements to uphold Meijer’s culture. You will oversee onboarding, talent discussions, and staffing strategies to ensure a diverse talent pipeline for both current roles and future leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in retail/grocery or customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication with clear direction.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.
• Commitment to safety and inclusive environment.
