K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels in Henderson, NV is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative. The CSR will ensure safety, provide excellent service, process sales, and manage cash with accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, operating POS equipment, and supporting inventory and shift closeouts. Prior retail/sales experience and punctuality are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate and use store equipment as described.
• Punctual and able to work scheduled hours.
• Fluent in English, strong verbal/written communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and address complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process sales on cash register accurately and handle cash/payments; follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform POS and equipment operations as required.
• Maintain site cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
• Manage inventory levels and end-of-shift closeouts.
• Report dishonesty and follow store procedures for security.
