K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, handling cash at the register, and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities include processing sales, aiding customers with product selections, and supporting inventory control. This hourly, non-exempt position offers growth opportunities and requires reliable teamwork and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and address complaints promptly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process sales on the register, handle cash and various payment forms, and follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS equipment and other store machinery as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory levels; assist with stock replenishment.
• Work flexible hours and report to Store Manager; monitor for shoplifting and report any concerns.
