Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Must communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register and handle cash and other payment forms; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment as required.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness inside and out; maintain equipment.
