You will handle cash transactions, operate the POS, and assist customers with sales while maintaining store standards. The position offers full-time/part-time hours with potential for growth and merit-based pay adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Speak and write English clearly.
• Basic arithmetic operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining customer rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register; handle cash and payments; follow cash handling procedures to prevent loss.
• Operate POS and related equipment as required.
• Perform site cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment and store area.
• Maintain inventory levels and complete shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and may have irregular hours.
• Report dishonesty and follow company policy for shoplifting procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and regulations.
