The CSR will handle POS transactions, manage cash, and maintain cleanliness and inventory while working with a small team.

The role requires reliable English communication, ability to work irregular hours, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Process all sales on the POS accurately and handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Perform cleaning duties and ensure site cleanliness; maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Adhere to policies, safety procedures, and shift closeouts; report issues.
