Job summary

Straight & Narrow Programs seeks an Overnight Residential Life Shift Leader to supervise clients and ensure a safe, structured environment. The role supports treatment programming, crisis response, and adherence to policies while coordinating with clinical and medical teams.

The position requires supervisory experience, a valid NJ driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to obtain within 30 days. This is an awake, on-site role with overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required; an associate degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within thirty days of hire.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with points not exceeding 5; ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and caring therapeutic environment; supervise clients on shift.
• Cover RL Associate shifts as needed and assist RL Supervisor when absent.
• Document incidents and reports in the EHR; coordinate with medical and clinical teams.
