Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required; ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision during shifts to maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Respond to crises and document incidents promptly in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with medical, clinical, and administrative teams to support continuity of care.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
• Engage clients in treatment activities and supervise daily tasks and rounds.
