Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor for overnights, responsible for guest satisfaction by guiding a team in producing quality Food & Beverage to Grand Casino standards.

The role requires three years in progressive Food & Beverage operations, two years in supervisory roles, and one year in alcohol service, with Serv-Safe preferred and Alcohol Awareness cert within 2 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Enforce performance standards and procedures to align with Grand Casino mission.
Ensure compliance with health, liquor, safety regulations and laws.
Evaluate and train associates to meet guest service standards.
Oversee liquor control and venue ordering.
Maintain smooth, efficient venue operations for guest satisfaction.
Manage hiring, transfers, disciplinary actions with fairness.
Maintain budget adherence and labor/revenue benchmarks.
Address guest grievances and resolve promptly.
Maintain cash handling procedures and variance controls.
Provide feedback to management to improve operations.
Lead team priorities and assist as needed.
Maintain venue equipment and appearance to Grand Casino standards.
Foster open communication through meetings and pre-shift briefings.
