Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor to lead a team in delivering high-quality guest experiences. You will enforce standards, train staff, and manage liquor control and ordering across venues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The role requires three years of progressive F&B experience with two years in a supervisory capacity, plus wine service knowledge and a Serv-Safe or Alcohol Awareness certification timeline.

Qualifications

• Three years progressive Food & Beverage Operations experience with two years supervisory/managerial experience
• One year alcohol service including wine service experience
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred (Certification due within one year)
• Alcohol Awareness Certification within 2 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures for the venue
• Train Associates to ensure guest service standards are met
• Manage liquor control and ordering for the venue
• Ensure smooth, efficient venue operations to maximize guest satisfaction
• Oversee hiring, transfers, discipline and performance reviews
• Optimize cost effectiveness by adhering to budget, labor and revenue benchmarks
• Maintain open communication through staff meetings and shift briefings
• Uphold internal controls and cash handling procedures
• Provide input to management on operational deficiencies and improvements
• Support flexible scheduling and coverage across outlets
