Job summary

Qualifications

  • Three years progressive Food & Beverage operations experience with two years supervisory/managerial experience.
  • One year of alcohol service including wine service and one year of bartending experience.
  • Serv-Safe Certification preferred; certification required within one year of placement.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification within 2 months of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in the venue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, liquor, safety regulations and applicable laws.
  • Evaluate and train Associates to ensure guest service standards.
  • Manage liquor control and ordering for the venue.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient venue operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee hiring recommendations and staff discipline in a fair, equitable manner.
  • Monitor budgeting, labor and revenue benchmarks for cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain open communication through staff meetings and pre-shift briefings.
