Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff. The role oversees overnight staff, delivers person-centered services, and provides administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including scheduling, program operations, and budget tasks.

You will complete required documentation, support transportation, skill development, mentoring and recreational activities, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record are required.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead alongside direct support staff to provide services and supports while supervising overnight staff.
Complete required documentation and support delivery of individual and group-based services.
Assist with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
