Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead alongside direct support staff, supervising overnight team members and providing administrative support to the Program Coordinator. You will assist with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks while delivering high-quality services to individuals served.

In this role you will complete required documentation, support transportation and skill development activities, and help implement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to support overnight staff and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight staff and supervise team to ensure service delivery.
• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services.
• Assist with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Coordinate transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support community engagement and development of valued social roles.
