Job summary
Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead overnight staff and collaborate with direct support teams to deliver personalized services. You will assist with staffing, program operations, and budget-related duties while supporting individuals served in developing skills and meaningful community connections.
The role emphasizes documentation, consistent program delivery, and participation in on-call rotations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide services and supports and supervise overnight staff along with direct support staff.
- Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
- Assist in staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks for the program and organization.
- Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
