Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to support individuals served, supervise overnight staff, and assist with staffing schedules and program operations.

You will help implement individualized service plans, coordinate transportation, and participate in the program's on-call rotation, while pursuing opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
