Job summary

National Fitness Partners seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Planet Fitness teams in Strongsville, OH. You will greet members, sign up new signups, answer questions, and support a clean, welcoming club environment.

You’ll promote fitness classes, handle purchases at the POS, and help maintain a positive, Judgement Free experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members using the information script.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and answer questions promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
