Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness in Indiana. The role offers a full-time schedule starting at $12 per hour with structured increases and shift options.

You will engage with members, process sign-ups, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment. The position emphasizes friendly customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift and handle equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script; greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system; promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
