National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness locations in Ohio. You will provide excellent member support, answer calls, greet and sign up new members, log amenities, and promote fitness classes. The role requires a friendly, solution-oriented attitude and a commitment to a clean, safe club.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance; medical/dental benefits and 401(k) options are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely using information scripts.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Respond promptly to questions and concerns.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Keep the club environment clean, sanitized and safe.
