Job summary

Planet Fitness in Gastonia, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will welcome members, answer questions, and process sign-ups at the front desk, providing a high level of service in a Judgement Free environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. Competitive pay with staged raises, shift-differential pay, PTO, and benefits are offered.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.
