Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor for its Greater Seattle portfolio. This role leads operations during overnight hours across our 24/7 sites and serves as the primary after-hours escalation point for Residential Specialists and frontline staff.

You will coach staff, manage after-hours emergencies, and ensure consistent safety checks, documentation, and hospitality standards in line with trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and Housing First practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in supportive housing or 24/7 operations.
• 1+ year in a supervisory/lead/shift-coordination role.
• Experience with emergencies, crises, and escalations.
• Experience overnight or swing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation contact for overnight frontline staff.
• Respond in person to high-acuity incidents and make decisions.
• Manage overnight scheduling across buildings and call-outs.
• Ensure union contracts, overtime, and policies compliance.
• Supervise On-Call Residential Specialists with coaching.
• Ensure safety checks, incident reports, and log procedures.
• Coordinate after-hours response with Safety Ambassadors and maintenance.
• Promote hospitality standards and guest policies.
• Provide incident documentation and handoffs to Site Ops Managers.
• Occasionally provide onsite coverage to maintain operations.
