Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Seattle to lead on-site operations at a supportive housing building. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while aligning with the organization's dignity-driven mission.

You will oversee budget, lease processes, and safety/compliance, partnering across Facilities, Safety, and Resident Well-Being to sustain stable housing and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Builds trust and collaborates with people from diverse backgrounds to foster dignity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing, ADA, and housing regulations and how to apply them daily.
• Strong de-escalation, crisis response, and trauma-informed approaches for complex resident situations.
• Proven ability to lead staff in a 24/7 operations environment with accountability.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and supervise staff across all shifts to ensure 24/7 consistency and hospitality.
• Lead rent collection, unit turns, cleaning, access systems, and record keeping.
• Sign leases, enforce lease terms, and ensure compliance with landlord-tenant law and Plymouth policies.
• Monitor KPIs like occupancy, rent collection, incidents, and inspections; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate funder inspections and ensure readiness and follow-up.
• Partner with Facilities for repairs, maintenance, and preventive work with vendor quality.
• Manage building budgets and track inventory of supplies and janitorial materials.
• Address unauthorized onsite activity and enforce guest policies with safety teams.
• Support crisis-intervention, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction approaches.
• Maintain resident-centered communication and lead conflict resolution aligned with Plymouth’s values.
• Promote hospitable resident experience with welcoming spaces and front desk presence.
• Oversee distribution of community resources and harm-reduction supplies per protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-department partners to ensure safe, stable housing environments.
• Serve in after-hours on-call rotation for urgent building situations.
