Job summary

Plymouth Housing seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead an assigned supportive housing building, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will oversee 24/7 operations, rent collection, unit turnover, and facility coordination while upholding Plymouth’s dignity-driven mission.

Lead a cross-department team, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with Facilities and Safety to maintain compliant, trauma-informed, resident-centered services.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or building operations with a focus on housing services.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and supervise staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and supervise staff across all shifts.
• Lead rent collection, unit turnover, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure lease compliance and adherence to housing regulations.
