Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby including visitor sign-in, phones, security monitoring and email replies.
• Coordinate with Housing Case Managers and Community Specialist to support resident goals.
• Support residents and maintain a safe, clean building environment.
• Distribute notices and accommodations to residents respecting language and accessibility needs.
• Assist with offsite property management tasks and rent payments processing.
