Responsibilities

• Operates lobby front desk: logs visitors, answers phones, monitors security, reads and replies to emails.
• Acts as liaison between residents and external services, supports outreach, welcomes new residents.
• Collaborates with housing case managers to align tenant services with resident goals.
• Mediates conflicts using de-escalation techniques.
• Distributes notices and materials to residents, ensuring accessibility and accommodations.
• Supports offsite property management with notices, work orders, and rent payments.
• Provides guidance and oversight to volunteers and interns as directed.
• Maintains building security and follows safety procedures; responds to emergencies.
• Performs light janitorial and maintenance tasks; facilitates access for contractors.
• Assists with pest control and moves furniture as needed.
• Handles general administrative tasks and radio checks at shift start/end.
