Job summary

Plymouth Housing in Seattle, WA is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead the onsite operation of a supportive housing building, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four+ years in property management, supportive housing, or building operations.
• Two+ years supervisory experience in 24/7 operations.
• Experience with individuals facing homelessness or housing instability.
• Familiarity with LIHTC/HUD/Section 8 housing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and supervise staff across all shifts for 24/7 consistency, safety, and hospitality.
• Lead rent collection, unit turns, cleanliness, access systems, and records.
• Conduct lease signings, enforce lease requirements, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Monitor KPIs (occupancy, rent, incidents, inspections) and implement corrective actions.
• Lead funder inspections and ensure readiness and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Facilities for repairs, maintenance, and preventive work; ensure vendor quality.
• Manage budgets, review expenses, and track inventory of supplies and janitorial materials.
• Enforce guest policies and address unauthorized onsite activity with safety partners.
• Support crisis intervention and trauma-informed approaches in resident situations.
• Maintain resident-centered communication and lead conflict resolution per Plymouth values.
• Promote hospitable resident experience with welcoming spaces and front desk presence.
• Oversee distribution of community resources and harm-reduction supplies per protocols.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain safe, stable housing environments.
• Serve in after-hours on-call rotation for urgent building situations.
