Job summary

Plymouth Housing seeks a Site Operations Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead the 24/7 operations team and maintain a safe, clean, welcoming building. This role supports residents and staff while upholding the organization’s dignity-driven mission.

You will oversee rent collection, unit turnover, safety, compliance, and guest policies; manage budgets and vendor performance; collaborate with Facilities, Safety, and Resident Well-Being teams; and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four+ years in property management, housing, or building operations.
• Two+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in 24/7 operations.
• Experience with homelessness or housing instability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and supervise staff across all shifts.
• Lead rent collection, unit turns, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, inspections, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Safety, and Resident Well-Being teams.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance, and inventory control.
• Support crisis intervention and trauma-informed approaches.
