Job summary

Extended Stay America in Appleton is seeking a Part-time on-call overnight guest services associate. You will respond to guest needs during the night, register guests, issue room keys, and handle limited check-ins/check-outs with a focus on courtesy and high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, ability to log events, and proficiency with hotel computer systems. You will work on-site, maintaining professional appearance and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-call overnight guest services duties with courteous, professional service.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and key handling.
• Maintain keys control and logging; safeguard from theft.
• Provide directions and information about local area and property amenities.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and software."
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
• Assist in other hotel locations during staffing needs.
