Extended Stay America in Massachusetts is seeking a Night Service Representative to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed, ensuring courteous, high-quality service.

The role includes handling guest check-ins, key management, safety issues, and after-hours requests. Lodging is provided as part of employment, and candidates must be able to respond within 30 minutes of notification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to respond to hotel needs within 30 minutes during overnight hours.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call from outside service agent for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety issues.
• Maintain control and safekeeping of hotel keys; log keys in and out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs; greet guests and collect payments when necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Ensure safety and security concerns are reported per policy; assist with directions and local information.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to folios when required.
