Extended Stay America in San Diego is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, access issues, and safety concerns, while providing courteous, high-quality service.

This role includes living onsite in a hotel room as part of employment and being on-call within 30 minutes of notification. You will safeguard keys, assist guests, log events, and work with hotel systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call during overnight hours for check-ins, emergencies, and security issues.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys, ensuring secure handling.
