Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and log them in/out.
• Handle limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs and guest payments when needed.
• Stay current with hotel policies, safety procedures, and location systems.
