Extended Stay America in Indianapolis (Lawrence), Indiana, is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to on-call needs overnight, ensuring courteous service and high standards to maintain guest satisfaction.

You will live onsite in provided lodging, handle guest check-ins/outs, safeguard keys, and address safety and security concerns while covering overnight shifts and potential coverage for nearby hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests professionally.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, or safety issues.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; manage check-in/check-out processes as needed.
• Provide directions about property amenities and local areas of interest.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and software.
