Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatch/logistics.
• Experience in fleet maintenance or automotive operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of service events from request to completion.
• Coordinate technicians and reassign tasks across markets.
• Dispatch to optimize time-based KPIs.
• Monitor open events and inform customers of delays.
• Escalate issues to stakeholders with professionalism.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate documentation in all systems.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior dispatch staff.
