Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a National Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal partners to ensure timely, quality service and clear communication with customers.

The role requires strong judgment, industry knowledge, and the ability to coach less experienced team members while upholding Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years’ related dispatch or logistics experience.
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations, trucking industry standards, and transportation logistics.
• Experience in a remote, fast-paced environment handling multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of fleet service events from client request to repair completion.
• Coordinate with technicians and re-assign events to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor event status, communicate delays to customers and leadership.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior dispatch team members.
