Arrow Senior Living in Missouri seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift. This full-time role pays $18–$22.75 per hour and is based at Castlewood, 1538 N. Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714.

Responsibilities include advocating empathy, observing residents, documenting care, and assisting with memory care team orientation. Candidates must be 18+, HS diploma, English proficient, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication with Residents required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Prepare environments and set up spaces for daily activities and events.
