Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for The Castlewood in Nixa, MO. This PRN role supports residents with empathy, memory recall, and daily activities while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be able to communicate in English. The position requires light to moderate physical activity and a willingness to be part of a compassionate team at Castlewood.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy to build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and support engagement plans.
• Create and manage a welcoming environment, helping set the stage for daily activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning until night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
