Arrow Senior Living in Nixa, MO seeks a Memory Care Support Partner to advocate empathy, observe residents, and guide engagement within a memory care setting. You will help create meaningful daily experiences and document changes in residents’ conditions.

Responsibilities include orienting team members, planning activities, and supporting residents from wake to night routine, while upholding safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude towards residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
• Create engagement plans based on residents' interests and abilities.
• Guide daily routines and environment setup to support resident experiences.
