The role requires a passion for fitness, a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills. This position supports club operations during overnight hours and helps maintain an inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.

• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities including answering phones and assisting callers.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
