Planet Fitness - Glow Brands in the United States is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver a superior member experience and to close out the day’s shift for the club. You will greet members and guests, handle front desk duties (check-ins, sign-ups, tours), update accounts, answer questions, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities including check-ins, sign-ups, and tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
• Close the shift and prepare the bank deposit.
