Planet Fitness - Glow Brands is seeking an Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) to deliver a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members and guests. This role includes closing the day’s shift and handling front desk tasks with professionalism.

The position requires a friendly, upbeat attitude, dependability, and the ability to manage member inquiries while maintaining a clean club environment and accurate accounts.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Interest in fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check-in, sign-ups, tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions/concerns and escalate when required.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for next day.
